AN INTRO TO ME | My First Entry

Alooooohaaaa! If you're reading this, welcome! This is my first blog post, where I'll probably just do a short introduction of who I am, my interests, goals for this space, and random tidbits that you wouldn't have known about me if you hadn't clicked here!

My name is Keenan Kahuli Kukunaokalā Kaia Waikoloa Basug. As I'm starting this website and first official entry, I am 24 years old and living in East Honolulu. I am married to my lovely wife, Kanoe, as of this past January 2022! I love videography, photography, and creating content to share with the world! I enjoy being in the ocean, hanging out with my family, and playing with our Pomeranian-Maltese-Shih Tzu, Kupu. I hope to tell the stories of anyone and everyone, while also giving myself a space to showcase my work, both personal and professional. This will really be a place for me to share ideas and collaborate with like-minded individuals near and far!

FIVE FACTS ABOUT ME

I was born and raised on the island of O'ahu in Hawaii. I have called the islands my home for my entire life, however, I love travel and hope to see the world one day!

My passion for photography and videography spans close to 8 years. Outside of film and photo, I have always loved art, drawing and various forms of self-expression.

I am a proud alumni of Oregon State University! GO BEAVS!

Any and all photography or videography skills I have is self-taught. I enjoy any and all types of creative expression from photo and video, to music and dance!

I will never say no to sushi or Korean BBQ! I love anything and everything Star Wars!
